2 Tbsp. honey
1 16-oz. can cocktail peanuts (3 cups)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 15×10-inch baking pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl microwave honey 30 seconds or until bubbly. Immediately stir in peanuts. Add 2 Tbsp. of the sugar and the salt. Stir well to combine.
2. Spread coated peanuts evenly in the prepared baking pan. Bake 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, or until peanuts are golden brown. Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. sugar; stir until combined. Spread nuts on a large piece of foil. Cool 10 minutes. Transfer to a resealable plastic bag. Add remaining 2 Tbsp. sugar; shake to coat. Cool completely.
