Denise Kelly has had a colourful career so far in the field of well‐being. Her love and passion for health and fitness began when she faced her own health challenges after the birth of her first child, and her nutrition discoveries were to shape the path for her future passion and work. Life has dealt her some real curve balls, but she believes she has come out stronger and more robust because of those challenges.

She runs busy clinics in the UK where she sees clients on a one to one basis helping them overcome and improve their health with personalized nutrition planning and well‐being advice. She has spoken all over the world at health conferences and corporate events on the subject of energy and wellness and writes for many corporate organizations as well as being a columnist for individual papers.

Denise is an entrepreneur, turning many ideas and passions into businesses, but also gives up her time to help teach how to become healthier within charity organizations. She has a busy family life, and truly believes ‘life is for thriving and not just surviving’. Her goal is to reach as many people as possible in the world to help them discover how to be the best version of themselves. She believes that our whole functioning depends on the food we eat, the air we breathe, the movement in our bodies, the people we surround ourselves with and our attitude to life. She truly believes that focusing on improving health, enhances your life in all areas, be it career, family, love, sport, fitness etc., and that anything is possible!
