Acknowledgments

I owe much of my success, personal and professional, to many super humans who have created and shaped my life. To my mother, Laurette, you’ve imprinted my soul with a love and complex fascination for nature. Thank you for holding me close as I dove deep into the trenches of this sometimes painful journey. We have seen dark days but together our light outshines them all. To my dad, Chris, your unwavering love, support, and compassion have led me to the here and now. Thank you for teaching me to understand the subtleties in energy and how to heal through movement. To my sweet brother, Logan, your humor and charm have taught me that lightheartedness is an integral part of this journey and to always rely on the healing power of a good belly laugh. Thank you to my family for protecting me, challenging me to be better, and always keeping me grounded. Without you I wouldn’t have believed that I could heal my life, let alone anyone else’s.

Thank you to my partner, my best friend, the masculine to my feminine, Felipe—you have opened my world and heart to feel the power of divine love. You’ve showed me all that I am capable of and consistently provide me with the confidence and support to flourish.

With so much gratitude I thank Kristine Pidkameny, Carmel Edmonds, and Cindy Richards at CICO Books for believing in my vision and allowing it to come to life.

To the universe, my angels, and spirit guides, thank you for guiding me, for setting me on this path of healing, and for providing me with the vessel to experience and teach this ancient wisdom to the world.

Finally, to my teachers and all other healers, thank you for spreading consciousness, energy, and light to all those you touch. My heart and soul is with you.

Sat Nam.
