Truth-tellers and Liars Two

I ask you, dear reader, to recall our previous Truth-tellers and Liars case, in which a man visited the island of Truth-tellers and Liars and asked a woman to dinner. I will, however, remind you that all the people on this island tell only the truth, or tell only lies. Having professed to Holmes my enjoyment of that case, he presented me with a follow-up conundrum which resumed with the same characters.

The man and woman are still on their dinner date, and the woman does not know that the man is not a native of the island. Over the course of their conversation, it transpires that she only wants to date rich Liars.

What can the man say to convince her that he is a rich Liar, given that she assumes him to be either a) a rich Liar, b) a poor Liar, c) a rich Truth-teller, or d) a poor Truth-teller?
