Pork patty and cabbage tacos layered with jalapenos, tomatoes and
onions. Topped sweet and tangy sauces.

Ingredients:
2 pounds pork, ground
1 tablespoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon brown sugar
2teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground
1 head of cabbage
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
½ cup pickled jalapenos
Ketchup
Mustard sauce
Extra-virgin olive oil for cooking
Low sodium salt to taste
Method:
1. In a large bowl, mix pork, garlic paste, red chili powder, brown sugar, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
2. Shape them as cabbage leaves dictates.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium. Put pork patties in the pan and cook until brown.
4. Place cabbage leaves in serving dish. Place a patty on each leaf. Add some tomatoes, onion and jalapenos over the patty. Top with ketchup and mustard sauce.
5. Serve hot.
