Baked boneless turkey thighs topped with crispy bacon, buffalo wing
sauce and cheese.

Ingredients:
3 turkey thighs, boneless and halved
6 slices bacon, chopped
2 medium green bell peppers, deseeded
12 ounces cream cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
2 ounces mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup buffalo wing sauce
Low sodium salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Season turkey well with salt and pepper. Wrap them in foil and place on a cooling rack over cookie sheet. Bake chicken for 40 minutes.
3. In the meanwhile, heat oil in a non-stick over medium heat. Fry chopped bacon until crispy. Add jalapenos to the pan and cook until soft. Stir in cream cheese, mayonnaise, buffalo wing sauce, salt and pepper to the pan. Mix well and remove from heat.
4. Remove turkey thighs from the oven and let it cool a little. Once cool adequately, take away the skins.
5. Place turkey thighs in casserole dish and pour cream cheese mix over it. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
6. Bake for another 15-20 minutes at 400°F.
7. Remove from the over and place it on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
8. Cut them into thick slices.
9. Serve hot.
