A blend of smoked turkey and broccoli with aged French cheese.

Ingredients:
4 smoked turkey slices
1 head broccoli, diced
3 cups chicken broth
12 ounces aged French cheese, shredded
1 ounce parmigiano reggiano
1 medium onion, diced
1 teaspoon dried rosemary, ground
1 tablespoon garlic, grated
2 tablespoons butter, unsalted and melted
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place the diced broccoli on a foil lined sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle oil and bake for 35 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Fry bacon in the pot until crunchy. Transfer to a bowl and keep aside
4. In the same pot sauté onion in the remaining oil until translucent. Add garlic and rosemary. Sauté for another 1 minute
5. Add chicken broth and broccoli. Cover with a lid and cook for 20 minutes over low heat. Remove from heat
6. Add shredded French cheese.
7. Blend broccoli in the soup with a stick blender.
8. Add Parmigiano-Reggiano and blend again.
9. Stir in bacon, milk and butter. Mix well.
10. Heat again and bring to a boil.
11. Serve hot.
