2. Keep a water carafe and glass to quench nighttime thirst.
3. Having a personal item, such as a framed photo, flowers, or a favorite dish to hold your jewelry, will promote sweet dreams.
4. Only a few books belong here—the sight of a larger stack can be a stressful reminder of those must-read titles waiting in the queue.
