SCARVES AND sunglasseS

These are the last accessories you grab before running out the door. This space-saving, slide-out solution fits on a side wall in your closet, and keeps them within easy reach. Screw two towel rods onto a 20-by-24-inch painted wooden board, install two drawer slides to affix it to the wall, and add a drawer pull to the closer side of the board. Hang S hooks on the upper rod to hold scarves and chains, and simply hang glasses over the bar below.

Skip the stacked box and create a jewelry drawer in a dresser or storage unit instead, fitting acrylic containers of various sizes inside to accommodate all your baubles, from earrings to bracelets and necklaces.
