I want them to experience all the wealth of definite understanding, and to come to the knowledge of God’s mystery—the Messiah, the king!—Colossians 2:2
Brainy Tip: When you learn to think with understanding, you learn to live the good life.
Activating your brain through good choices allows it to build successful, meaningful memory that enables you to live a successful, meaningful life. As when you train your body for a marathon or a new exercise in the gym, your brain needs time to develop and achieve success, and you do this training of your brain with your mind.
We readily accept that it takes time to develop skill and expertise in a sport, yet when it comes to the mind, this wisdom often seems to disappear from our mental logic. Such a mindset leads to an endless cycle of cram learning for an exam or for something needed for work and then forgetting most of it the next day. Don’t get stuck on this treadmill! Take charge and take the time to develop the wealth of wisdom you have in your brain.
