Good Tomato

Climbing the dusty cobblestones reciting the Italian greeting in her head,

Buon Pomeriggio; Good Afternoon. Rereading the well-scripted grocery list she

enters the village store prepared, getting the order requested perfectly! Proudly

departing she proclaims, “Buon Pomodoro Tutti!”

The clerks smile, proclaiming

“Good Tomato to You Signora Deborah!”
