Missing

An African American female, age twelve, last seen on Riverside Avenue at 2:30 pm wearing a pink jacket with a unicorn on its hood. A third false sighting. Parents’ lives paused. A school picture of the happy, smiling sixth grader. No search parties. No media coverage. No one knows she’s gone.
