1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
4 c. ziti pasta, cooked
28-oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. grated Parmesan-Romano cheese, divided
8-oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine beef, ziti, sauce and 3/4 cup grated cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Spread in a lightly greased 13"x9" baking pan; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Garnish with remaining grated cheese.
Save time and money with family-size packages of ground beef. Place beef in a stockpot, add a little water to prevent sticking and cook over medium-high heat until browned, stirring often. Drain well and pack recipe-size portions in freezer bags.
