Serves 4
1 lb. ground turkey, browned and drained
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
cooked whole-wheat egg noodles
Combine all ingredients except noodles in a skillet over medium heat. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Serve spooned over cooked noodles.
