Grandma Goldie’s Sketti

Serves 4

8-oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed

2 c. stewed tomatoes in juice

1 to 2 T. sugar

1/4 t. celery seed

salt and pepper to taste

8-oz. pkg. spaghetti, cooked

Combine all ingredients except spaghetti in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese is almost melted, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Use a wooden spoon to mash up tomatoes well. Remove from heat; toss in spaghetti and stir to coat well. Transfer to a serving bowl.
