Pizza Casserole

Serves 16 to 20

2 lbs. ground beef

1 onion, chopped

2 28-oz. jars spaghetti sauce

16-oz. pkg. rotini pasta, cooked

2 8-oz. pkgs. shredded mozzarella cheese

8-oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. Transfer to 2 greased, 13"x9" baking pans. Sprinkle with cheese; top with pepperoni. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
