Country Noodle Dish

Makes 4 to 6 servings

1 lb. ground beef or turkey

1 onion, chopped

Optional: 2 T. green pepper, chopped

11-oz. can corn, drained

2 10-3/4 oz. cans tomato soup

8-oz. pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked

1/2 to 3/4 c. water

salt and pepper to taste

In a skillet over medium heat, brown meat with onion and green pepper, if using. Drain; stir in corn. Stir in soup, cooked noodles and water to desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and serve.
