Makes 8 servings
2 14-1/2 oz. cans chunky diced tomatoes
2 6-oz. cans tomato paste
2/3 c. water
1 t. Italian seasoning
24 frozen meatballs, thawed
16-oz. pkg. thin spaghetti, cooked
Garnish: grated Parmesan cheese
Combine tomatoes, tomato paste, water and seasoning in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add meatballs and heat through. Ladle sauce and meatballs over cooked spaghetti; sprinkle with cheese.
Spaghetti & meatballs is a delightful, inexpensive main for a casual get-together with friends. Just add warm garlic bread, a big tossed salad and plenty of paper napkins!
