Spicy Sesame Noodles

Makes 8 to 10 servings

10 c. water

5 3-oz. pkgs. ramen noodles, divided

2 cloves garlic

1/2 c. oil

1/4 c. soy sauce

2 t. sesame oil

2 t. red pepper flakes

2 T. sesame seed

Bring water to a boil in a large stockpot. Add noodles (reserving seasoning packets for another recipe) and garlic; boil for 3 minutes. Drain well and discard garlic; mix in remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.

An easy chicken bake to serve with Spicy Sesame Noodles. Place boneless chicken breasts on aluminum foil and drizzle with soy sauce, sesame oil and lemon juice. Seal packet and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or until juices run clear. Add some steamed snow peas...dinner is served!
