San Francisco Salad

Serves 4 to 6

6-oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts

4-oz. can sliced black olives, drained

2 green onions, chopped

6.9-oz. pkg. chicken-flavored rice vermicelli mix, cooked

1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 t. curry powder

Drain artichokes, reserving liquid, and chop. Add artichokes, olives and onions to cooked rice vermicelli mix. In a separate bowl, blend together mayonnaise, reserved artichoke liquid and curry powder; stir into rice mixture. Serve warm or chilled.
