Fried Purslane

Ingredients:

1 cup purslane

Ground bread crumbs

1/2 cup flour

1 egg

Butter

Directions:

1. Beat egg and flour in a bowl.

2. Mix purslane in the egg mixture then dredge with bread crumbs

3. Melt some butter in a skillet. Sauté purslane for 5 minutes or until light brown.
