CHAPTER 38
Nottingham Airport
A Customs Officer approached a middle-aged man walking to the departure lounge.
‘Excuse me, sir,’ he said tapping the man’s shoulder with purpose.
Startled, the man slowly turned to face him. ‘Yes.’
‘Dominic Foster?’ the Customs Officer said opening the man’s passport.
‘Oh, must have fallen out of the side pouch of my rucksack; thanks, you’re a lifesaver.’
‘No problem, Mr Foster, have a safe flight.’
Dominic Foster gave the officer a wave and carried on walking toward the 2.30 p.m. Eastern Airways, Transavia France flight to the mountainous city of Constantine in Algiers: a country with no extradition treaty with the UK.
