2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1 large bunch asparagus (about 13/4 pounds), cut on the diagonal into 1" pieces
1 teaspoon minced garlic
21/2 cups sliced cooked chicken breast
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
1. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and honey. Set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the asparagus and garlic. Cook for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Toss in the chicken and soy sauce–honey mixture. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
