Quibdó, 12 December 2016
Hey,
The first week of December was the last session of the Pacific Diploma, and now we just have to hand in our texts for the final publication. I didn’t tell you anything about the session in Buenaventura; nothing particularly out of the ordinary happened there. It was more important to talk to you about the lover in the days leading up to it.
I wanted to tell you that on Sunday I heard the good news that Grisela’s brother wasn’t killed after all. There was a mix-up. He came last week to visit his family, to tell them he was sorry for the misunderstanding but that as they could see he was alive and well. If only things were always like that.
This weekend was the end of the two children’s clubs. I was very happy, and even shed a few tears. It feels incredible that this is really happening.
Did you know you’re an important part of all this? Did you know you’re an important part of my life?
