6 tablespoons spreadable cream cheese
6 tablespoons orange marmalade
6 croissants, split
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
Spread cream cheese and marmalade onto the bottom half of each croissant. Sprinkle with pecans. Top with turkey; replace croissant tops.
HELPFUL HINT
Keep a custard cup of chopped fresh parsley in the refrigerator to sprinkle on sandwiches made with deli meats, cheese, egg salad, tuna salad or salmon salad.
