Embarking on a low-FODMAP diet can feel overwhelming, given the number of restrictions put in place. But Going Low doesn’t have to mean going hungry. The great news is that there are still loads of delicious ingredients and food products you can enjoy while you’re on a low-FODMAP plan. I’ve designed the breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts in this chapter to be easy to prepare and so delicious that you’ll forget all about the ingredients you can’t have. Most of the recipes are vegetarian or easily vegetarian-adaptable, many are vegan, and all are gluten-free (as long as you use certified gluten-free ingredients), so they should suit the majority of your friends and family. (No worries if you’re a proud carnivore; there are plenty of opportunities to eat some meat!)
