A charming talisman spell

To appear more charming, create this glamour talisman for when you need to come across as extra charismatic. It’s perfect for job interviews, applying for loans, or settling contracts.
Start by cleansing your ingredients, and then take the pen and carefully write the word “charming” on the bay leaf, or alternatively a sigil of your own creation. Place the bay leaf on the apple slice, and tightly wrap the thread around the apple and bay leaf. Hold the new talisman in your hands, visualizing energy flowing into it, and say:
I bless and consecrate this talisman, to create an energetic field around me of charm, so mote it be.
Now tuck away your talisman in a pocket or bag that you are likely to be wearing or have on you when in need of your charm. If this talisman has a more specific intention, such as attaining a certain job position, you can bury it once it is no longer of use, giving back to nature.

Create this hidden sigil to add to your résumé when applying for jobs to increase your chances of landing the role. Depending on if you submit online or in person, you can adjust this spell to successfully hide the sigil in the document.
Create a sigil using a phrase such as: “I will land this job,”. Then, if you are submitting a paper copy of your résumé, use the eraser to “write” the sigil on it. If you’re sending a digital document, upload your sigil by taking a picture of it, adding the image to the document, and reducing the visibility to 0. When you send out your résumé, visualize your sigil evaporating, activating it.

INGREDIENTS 1 tsp red clover | 1 tsp cinnamon | 1 tsp vervain | 1 tumbled crystal, Amber or Carnelian
Create this little charm bag to help with securing employment, as both a glamour for yourself as well as for a boost in confidence. Carry it with you when you attend interviews or when you are job hunting.
Cleanse all your tools and ingredients. Then sew a sigil of success, or the rune Dagaz, onto your pouch and add the ingredients. Take the piece of paper and write the incantation:
Opportunity come to me, may it suit me well, to make me carefree, and bring me mental and physical stability I compel. So mote it be.
Fold the paper toward you three times and add to the pouch.
Next, hold your pouch in both hands and take a moment to take a few deep breaths. Start raising energy, letting it flow from you into the pouch, visualizing your hands and the pouch glowing faintly in gold or green (whichever color you associate with success, see correspondences). When you feel that the pouch has filled up with energy, let the light settle completely in the pouch and set aside. Ground and center to finish.

Finding a new job spell

Finding a new job can be tough, and finding a job that suits your lifestyle and dreams even more so. This spell should be repeated weekly during the period of the Waxing Moon.
Start by casting a circle, grounding and centering, as well as cleansing your ingredients. Sit in meditation, focusing on the career you wish to manifest. Try to imagine yourself already having your ideal job and the emotions you would experience. On the piece of paper, write out what your ideal job position would look like. Be as specific as possible, including salary and working hours, but do stay within the realms of reality. Fold the paper once toward you, placing it under the plate. Next, take the candle and, using the needle, carve either a sigil of your own creation or the rune Gebo, then attach the candle to the plate and light it. Watch the candle burn, focusing on your intention.
Extinguish the candle when you feel ready and open the circle. As this spell is best performed multiple times, make sure to leave enough of the candle to burn it next time.

Sweet boss bowl spell

INGREDIENTS 1 bay leaf | 1 tsp lavender | 1 tsp chamomile | 1 tbsp honey | 1 cup (240 ml) dairy or nondairy milk
This spell is perfect if you are having trouble with your boss or manager, and need to “sweeten” them up a bit. Using milk and honey has long been an ancient offering, especially in northern Europe, and honey jars can also be seen in closed practices such as Voodoo and Hoodoo. However, they are quite different from this spell in that honey is merely one of the ingredients.
Start by casting a circle, grounding and centering, then cleanse your bowl. On the piece of paper write the name of the person you would like to appeal to, as well as a suitable sigil of your own creation. Fold it three times toward you and burn it, then add the ashes to the bowl. Then add the bay leaf, lavender, chamomile, and the honey, and cover with milk until the bowl is full. Now mix together all the ingredients, stirring clockwise, and hold your bowl in both hands, raising and focusing your energy and intent, letting the bowl fill with energy until you feel it is full to the brim. Say the incantation:
May you sweeten up to me, to be open and courteous, kinder and gentler. May you be open to listening to me fully, willing to understand me and work together peacefully and efficiently, so mote it be.
When finished, open your circle. Take your bowl outside, pour out the contents onto the soil, saying:
Spirits of nature, I give to you this offering, may you assist me in creating a positive attitude with my [boss/superior]. So mote it be.
When finished, ground and center again.
