Lettuce Salad (Sangchoo Geotjeori)

This lettuce salad is a delicious and healthy dish, which has a refreshing taste due to the use of Korean spices in it. It’s great to serve with skewers and as a bread topping.
Ingredients (6 servings)
1 each red leaf lettuce (small)
8 perilla leaves
4 stalks of chrysanthemum leaves
2 green onions
Soy Dressing
4 teaspoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon Korean red chili powder
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Preparation
Mix all the soy dressing ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss in the green onions, perilla leaves, lettuce, and chrysanthemum leaves. Mix well and serve.
