When I go shopping, I like to pick up a few items that can be used to make a couple of meals, both so that I’m sorted for a few days and so that I cut down on as much food waste as possible from half-used packets of things.
Here are some easy meal formulas that I hope will give you a few ideas of which recipes you can shop for all in one go.
