2 fennel bulbs with leaves, halved

1 apple, halved

1 small red bell pepper, halved

1 carrot, halved

1 cup cold water

1    Remove a few leaves from the fennel and reserve.

2    Feed the apple, followed by the fennel and bell pepper, then the carrot through a juicer.

3    Pour into a jug, add the water, and mix well.

4    Pour into two glasses, garnish with the reserved fennel leaves, and serve immediately.
