1 Bend your knees.
2 Take a deep breath.
3 Tense your biceps and shoulders against the crowd, and fold your arms in front of your stomach (as if you are carrying something).
If you have a child with you, keep the child in front of you, underneath your arms.
4 Lift your feet off the ground and let the crowd carry you.
Avoid being pinned against a wall or pillar.
