The Copper Corridor extends from Oracle to Superior. It has a unique copper-mining history and culture, as well as abundant scenic and natural attractions, such as the San Pedro and Gila Rivers and numerous mountain ranges. The town of Kearny, the largest of the Copper Corridor communities in the region, was named after mid-1800s frontier general Stephen Kearny. At the base of the Pinal Mountains, the town was established in 1954 to accommodate nearby mine operations. There are no services or community resources in Dudleyville or Kelvin and Riverside.
