Romance comes in all shapes and sizes. Not just man with woman or man with man or woman with woman. Sometimes love and romance comes in awkward bundles of multiples and shifting friendships that turn to lust and love and then something more.
Which is what happened here, of course.
You can pretty much always assume that a character who doesn't specify their sexuality in one of my stories is bi. Not this one. Tiyamike and Mohana are very straight though Tiyamike is a transwoman. Cahya and her lovers are all poly. It's not often that I get to play with poly characters so this was a blast to write.
I may have to write some more for them or maybe for other poly characters. The various ways the relationships work is always so much fun to depict.
