Preparing an assessment report

The first thing before doing an update is to create an assessment report, where a comprehensive review of the current business and environment is done to understand the requirements of the upgrade and to create a plan to upgrade to Dynamics 365 CE. It is recommended to first understand how our customer is using Dynamics CRM currently, which Dynamics CRM modules they are using, and which of the new Dynamics 365 CE features could help them to increase their business efficiency. In our assessment report, we include the activities listed next.
