This technique is very useful to get more information in less time compared to the interview technique. For this technique, face-to-face interaction is not required, and this technique is used when we need to get requirements from large groups.
A questionnaire document is prepared with a list of questions and sent to the respective teams. Sometimes, online surveys are also created to get answers to feature-specific questions. This list of questions is prepared based on the specific module or feature sets.
Two types of questionnaires are the following:
- Open-ended questionnaire
- Closed-ended questionnaire
