People can tell you, but until you’ve tried it, you won’t understand how hard it is to write a book. At least, I didn’t before I started on this journey years ago. But we writers can’t take more than a few steps without the help of others.
As always, I’m so grateful to you, Heidi Chiavaroli. You have my back and tell me when certain things aren’t working—in this case, my weak-willed heroine—so I can fix them.
To my brainstormers—Jerusha Agen, Angie Arndt, Marie Coutu: Thank you for your insight. I enjoy batting ideas back and forth with you all.
To those of you in the Corner Room: You bless me with your support and the way you share word of my stories with others. You are a joy and an encouragement!
My editor, Lynne Tagawa, is a brave woman to tackle my manuscript. Seriously.
And a mighty thank you to the Lord, whose child I am.
