Celia Imrie, author of the novels Not Quite Nice, Nice Work (If You Can Get It), and Sail Away, and The Happy Hoofer, a memoir, is an Olivier Award–winning and Screen Actors Guild–nominated actress. She is known for her film roles in Calendar Girls, Nanny McPhee, and The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel and its sequel. Imrie recently appeared in Bridget Jones’s Baby, Absolutely Fabulous: The Movie, Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, King Lear at the Old Vic Theatre, and on FX she plays Phil in Better Things.
