Basic gnocchi recipe 1
Swiss chard leaves 300g
Garlic cloves 2
Ex.v.olive oil 3 tbs
Prosciutto slices 3
Blanch the chard in boiling salted water. Drain, cool, then chop roughly. Peel and chop the garlic.
Heat 2 tbs of olive oil in a thick-bottomed pan and fry the garlic until soft. Add the chard, and season.
Cook the gnocchi as before, but omit the butter. Mix the chard with the gnocchi. Tear over small pieces of the prosciutto and drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan.
