5:10-12 Giving Credit to God After many years of waiting, David received confirmation and blessing from the Lord. David’s success, both military and political, is intentionally attributed to the Lord and is recognized as serving a larger purpose. When we experience blessings in our lives, it’s imperative that we give credit to the Lord and look for ways that our blessings might also be intended to benefit others.
