19:19-20 Redeeming Oppression At this time, the Egyptians were bitter enemies of Israel. But God promised to redeem the oppressors by sending a Savior who would rescue his people by making his name known to the nations, which would bring healing to those he had punished. Who among us knows how God might use our suffering to reveal himself to those whom we consider our enemies?
