6:1-14 God Provides A large crowd of over 5,000 people had gathered to hear Jesus, and it wasn’t clear how there would be enough food to feed everyone. The disciples were discouraged by the seeming impossibility of the problem. Jesus, however, took five barley loaves and two fish and was able to feed the entire crowd. Only God can provide for his people in such a remarkable way.
