- How can an organisation create an innovative workplace culture, in which everyone knows that it is part of their job to think up better ways of doing things?
- How can management ensure that they get access to all the ideas that their staff have?
- How can they set up and run an efficient and effective system to assess those ideas, find the most promising ones, trial them and then implement the best ones?
