Serves 6 to 8
8 to 10 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 c. cooked ham, cubed
1 onion, diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
pepper to taste
10-3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
In a slow cooker, layer each ingredient in the order given, spreading soup over top. Do not stir. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on high setting for 5 hours.
