7-Layer Overnight Salad

Makes 8 to 10 servings

1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

1 to 2 onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings

10-oz. pkg. frozen peas

3 to 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled and sliced

4-oz. jar bacon bits

8-oz. jar mayonnaise

1-1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Arrange 1/3 of lettuce in a large bowl. Top with 1/3 each of the onions, frozen peas, eggs and bacon bits. Repeat layering twice. Spoon mayonnaise completely over top; sprinkle with Parmesan. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
