Makes 6 to 8 servings
1/2 c. butter
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 to 2-1/2 c. peaches, pitted and sliced
Melt butter in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and milk; pour over butter, but do not mix. Add peaches; do not mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve warm.
