1 tablespoon sesame seeds
juice of ½ lime
½ cup torn green curly kale pieces
1 mango, pitted, peeled, and coarsely chopped
1 cup unsweetened rice, almond, or soy milk
small handful of crushed ice
1 Put the sesame seeds into a food processor or blender and process to a fine powder. Add the lime juice, kale, and mango and process until blended.
2 Add the milk and crushed ice and process again, until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
