Michael Northrop spent twelve years chasing stories for Sports Illustrated Kids, the last five of those as baseball editor. His first novel, Gentlemen, earned him a Publishers Weekly Flying Start citation for a notable debut, and his second, Trapped, was an Indie Next List selection.
