Bobby Burns Like a Manhattan with scotch, use the fruitiness of 2 parts of Johnny Walker Gold, 1/4 part sweet vermouth and 1 teaspoon of Benedictine in place of the bitters.
Fancy Scotch Mist Fantastically simple. Laphroaig 10, sugar and Fees Bros whisky barrel-aged bitters. Swizzle in a small glass with crushed ice until frosty and garnish with a lemon twist.
The Penicillin Contemporary classic, invented in 2005 by Sam Ross. 2 parts blended scotch, 1/4 part Islay Single Malt, lemon, honey and ginger syrup, shaken and served on the rocks.
Boulevardier Similar to a negroni, for extra spice try 1 part Rittenhouse 100, 1 part Campari and 1 part sweet vermouth.
East Meets West 9 parts Cardhu 12, 1 part Talisker 10, 2 parts sake, 2 parts port, 1 part sugar. Stirred, strained and poured over an ice ball, with a shiso leaf to garnish.
Freakishly Fabulous Fascinating Fig Fashioned A double Auchentoshan Three Wood, 3 teaspoons of cream fig jam and 1 teaspoon of green chartreuse. Mix and throw, fine strain on the rocks, and garnish with a lemon twist.
