Harmonize with your food. This means your food should come from a place where you can see it grow. Seeing, in an Eat-Clean world, is believing. To see where the food action happens will leave you enlightened about what you are putting in your mouth. It will teach you how it grows, swims, walks or flies, and what goes into the process: dirt, sun, rain, everything. Get this good stuff in you. It’s hard to harmonize with a concrete factory, plastic products and barrels of chemicals. Not to mention, you probably won’t be allowed inside to harmonize with your food – you certainly won’t be getting in touch with your man-made side. You are made in nature and nature provides what you need.
So try it! Get outside, plant a garden or go to a farm or a farmers’ market. Visit a fish farm or a bison ranch (notice they eat grass). Grow or get close to the food you plan to eat so you can connect with the people you know have put effort into growing your food with their own hands, from the elements of the earth.
This is the stuff that will fill you with nutrition straight from the earth to your mouth.
This is the stuff an Eat-Clean Diet follower wants.
