Learn how to cook

image

For some this may seem like a no-brainer, but many people find cooking a daunting task. Other people don’t want to take the time, and some don’t want to shop for the ingredients. Some people who don’t cook just suffer from a lack of motivation, especially if they have no one for whom to do the cooking. My daughter hates to cook for herself. Her reasoning is: “It’s just me, and I don’t care.” She’d settle for half an avocado and a slice of toast for any meal. I encourage you, for the benefit of your health, to please learn how to cook!
